Kyndryl has announced a large-scale AI skilling initiative in India, aiming to train 50,000 students and 30,000 youth annually. The program focuses on community problem-solving across rural governance, agriculture, and livelihoods, and also upskills 1,000 teachers over two years.
The initiative is part of Kyndryl’s commitment to developing future-ready talent in India. It includes training government officials on AI fundamentals and responsible use, and strengthening cyber resilience.
The program will be delivered via the Karmayogi iGOT platform and in partnership with PM SHRI and Navodaya schools in Varanasi and Ayodhya.
