The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) has opened public comment on the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2026 Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C grant application. This application supports early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
The IDEA Part C program provides funding to states to support early intervention services for children from birth to age three who have disabilities or are at risk of developing disabilities. These services are designed to help young children develop the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.
