While Read to Kids, an app used to create a library of spoken stories, is targeted mostly at parents looking to create a selection of children’s stories that can be played back for their child, it has other interesting applications as well. While parents can use it for this, it also can be used by teachers and student for the purpose of playing back lessons and taking notes.

Another interesting application is allowing a child to read a passage aloud and replaying it afterwards. Reading aloud has long been a learning practice when it comes to children, as errors tend to be more noticeable when spoken aloud, rather than just read. Often times these are overlooked when reading, or even when reading aloud if no one is there to point it out at the time, Read to Kids allows the playback, and thus, allow the child to catch some of their own mistakes.
