Sara is an elementary school teacher that discovers her daughter Grace, after spending several years and thousands of dollars on educational specialists, has dyslexia. Often people think that dyslexia is just simply switching letters and words around, but it is a learning disorder that can range from mild to profound. If it is not addressed, it can have a significant impact on learning. Sara researched dyslexia and discovered that very few teachers have the knowledge or resources to help their students. She left her teaching job and developed a dyslexic education program to train teachers in dyslexia recognition.
