A Math and Parents Partners Program is being offered for free at the Stevens Point YMCA every Saturday morning. The idea behind the program is to help parents help their children learn math, something for which many parents feel ill-equipped. Because the whole family is invited to attend, learning becomes something in which everyone is involved, and both parents and children leave with more tools to tackle math.
