Parents, teachers and curriculum specialists have mixed views, concerning the Eureka-math curriculum’s continued use, in primary mathematics education. A recent Rapides Parish School Board meeting allowed many concerned citizens to voice their opinions, resulting in the number of those who feel that the school would benefit from continued use of this particular curriculum is roughly equal to those who disagree. An additional meeting of the School Board is necessary, to call for a vote on this matter.
