Fifth grade math students at Port Edwards Middle School are using advanced technology to their advantage in the classroom. Programming robots is a non-traditional method being used to teach new math concepts. Spheros, robotic balls that are controlled by Bluetooth technology and an application is used to help students to learn more about the relationship between time, speed and distance.
