
In September 2015, there will be 193 world leaders that will take on the responsibility to 17 Global Goals for development to end poverty and to protect our planet by 2030. Education plays a major role in these global goals. There are six aspects on how education interacts with these goals. The following aspects are: education reduces poverty and increases income, education leads to better health, education drives sustainable growth, education helps us protect the planet, education prevents inequality and injustice, and education requires partnership. These aspects that intertwine with education will put a stop to poverty like our planet desire. It will not be easy and will be time-consuming, but it will definitely be worth it. Protection and poverty play a major role in the downfall of the society. To be willing to better the two, the planet will be a better place. Many of the problems the planet may face will be resolved, and with education, this can be so.
