Teachers have been searching for ways to improve risk taking in their own classrooms. How are teachers doing this and why? Is it because students do not know their full potential unless they are tested? Having ideas and performing trials lead to any potential outcome which can help students to understand their full potential.

Collab Lab: An Experiment in Leadership and Growth
Idea Increase opportunities for collaboration and interdisciplinary connections between building leadership members, as well as providing future opportunities to create new learning spaces by changing the existing office spaces of the building leadership.
First step is for students to realize that this is an experiment. Debriefing frequently and setting timelines can also help students to reach this goal. It is also important to ask outsiders their opinions on the matter and to give people what they really want and or need, which is more time.
