Dyslexia does not have to be a stumbling block in getting employment. Just ask Chris, who started “Gifted Recruitment”. Chris always knew he was different, but was not sure why. He had a passion for aviation, and became a financial consultant. His disability made it difficult at times, and he would have to often drive 30 miles to have his Grandmother proofread some of his more difficult reports. He did not give up, and had a drive to succeed.

He went to get diagnosed after watching a documentary about Kara Tointon, and was relieved to finally have answers. He now helps others with dyslexia through “Gifted Recruitment” get the mentoring they need to be a success in the field they enjoy. There are a lot of talented people who just need that little bit of help and mentoring. People learn differently, and this program helps them to break through the barriers that hindered them in learning and doing well in the jobs they want to get.
