Since the pandemic women’s jobs have been hit harder than men’s. Women are more likely able to handle child care than men. Some women had to leave work because there was no one to take care of their children. About 64% of women are breadwinners for their households. Women of color are less likely to be able to do their jobs remotely. For the ones who can work remotely, there is less stress, because the ones who have kids at school don’t have to rush from their office to get them.
