Those pesky multiplication tables…but what if there was a way to make memorizing them fun? Such were the musings of educational consultant Greg Tang and Principal Todd Langley who worked together to create the idea of very visual multiplication tables at the Alcova Elementary School. Students see the multiplication facts so often that memorization is not a struggle. Some students have gone so far as to consider multiplication contests fun. Now that is success.
