Changes in his brain allow him to calculate at an incredible speed, gaining him the Guinness World Record in such calculations. Mr Flansburg teaches children math by using simple rules to make it easier for them to understand. One of Mr Flansburg’s rules has to do with the number 9, a lesson targeted at 9-year-old children. Another lesson has to do with 0, which he say should be the first number instead of 1. His tips and tricks are designed to enhance the learning of children in math class.
