Math teacher Matt Coty of Northview Public School in Grand Rapids is starting an after-school support program to increase student’s confidence in Math. Matt Coty doesn’t want students to lack confidence in math when they might have the right idea but have a few things wrong. Coty will run the Geometry portion, while his colleague, Beck Fase will run an Algebra portion. The sessions will run Wednesday’s from 2:45-3:45 from September 23rd to November 4th. There are currently 12 students enrolled in each subject.
