Stop expecting less from children that have learning obstacles. In fact, this is the time that we should push them harder to make sure that they are the same level playing field that everyone else is on. While many of these children believe that they will never hold conventional jobs, if we expect more out of them then they can overcome any obstacle.
Often supported by parents and teachers during the school journey, some of these children despair that they will never be able to undertake ‘normal’ jobs.
