This article is about a new summer program set up by a school to help students improve their reading and math skills. Educators are aware that students forget things over the long summer vacation so this is the main reason for this program. Students sign up online and as they progress they earn privileges such as playing games and getting access to a special chat room. The different classrooms had a healthy competition which seemed to push the students to do better. Next year they plan to beat the numbers they set last summer.
