The Universities of Wisconsin and UW Credit Union have introduced a free online learning series focused on the basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI), aiming to provide adult learners with a foundational understanding of this rapidly evolving technology.
The series, titled AI Skills Access Passport (ASAP), consists of seven concise videos, each approximately two minutes long, designed to explain what AI is, its current applications, and the opportunities and challenges it presents.
This initiative is part of the Universities of Wisconsin’s effort to prioritize AI education, recognizing the importance of AI literacy in today’s technological landscape. By making this series free and accessible, they aim to empower Wisconsinites with the knowledge needed to navigate and contribute to the AI-driven world.
As the Universities of Wisconsin look to prioritize AI education, we also want to do our part to extend that knowledge outward – to provide all Wisconsinites with a foundational knowledge about AI that they can choose to build on.
