First-of-Its-Kind Partnership Brings Tech Education to University Campus

UNC Greensboro has launched SparkHub, the very first SparkNC project to be hosted on a university campus in North Carolina. This innovative program, developed in partnership with Guilford County Schools and global technology companies including Apple, IBM, and Lenovo, offers high school students hands-on learning experiences in high-demand technology fields.

Students in the program will explore artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software engineering and development, UX/UI design, data analytics, and game design – all at their own pace. The program is designed specifically to connect high schoolers with higher education opportunities and help them discover potential career paths in the technology industry.
