Connect-to-talk utilizes a structured environment to help kids learn. However, the structure is camouflaged by providing choices that the therapists want the kids to make.

Basch and Williams-Arbello created Connect-to-talk after working in many previous jobs. Before starting their private practice, the two worked in schools and other practices. They wanted to cut out the bureaucratic meetings and switch to working with just the kids and their parents. Today, Connect-to-talk serves more than 200 kids.
