It features a student who thought she struggled with spelling and just did not like reading throughout her school years until a high school English teacher suggested she get tested for dyslexia. After being diagnosed with dyslexia, she began to receive extra time, which made her feel self conscious and embarrassed. She was able, however, to achieve the results she wanted, although she did not seem to understand what she needed to do to help herself.
