Central Minnesota students were shown the amazing world of STEM at a conference held at St. Cloud University, and were encouraged to consider advancing their studies in these areas. While some parents and teachers see students, especially those with lower achievement levels, shy away from these topics, many believe that proper engagement with students combined with effective teaching tools will encourage students to pursue education in STEM subjects.
