School exam reviews was carried out by groups of people called watchdogs. The Watchdogs wanted to investigate the number of students in state and private schools that were given extra time to take tests. Some people believe that a student given extra time is unfair to the other students. However, the students that were given extra time turned out to have physical or mental problems that prevent them from taking a test in standard time. It would seem that the kids need extra time for test but one person disagrees. The director of policy, John Rack, reports that the teachers need extra training to spot out who has defects and who does not.
